Green Slaughter

Green Slaughter drops you into an apocalyptic world where survival means battling hordes of monstrous creatures as a fearless warrior, unraveling a conspiracy along the way. Mastering intricate controls and upgrading your arsenal are both necessary to challenge increasingly powerful foes.

Controls use your mouse or swipe to aim, with click or tap to fire at enemies. Because the controls are described as intricate, spending time getting comfortable with aiming and weapon-switching before diving into tougher hordes tends to pay off more than jumping straight into difficult encounters.

It's worth upgrading your arsenal steadily as resources allow, rather than saving everything for a single major purchase, since increasingly powerful foes require a correspondingly upgraded loadout to handle safely. Paying attention to conspiracy-related story elements as you progress can also hint at what kind of enemies or challenges are coming next, helping you prepare accordingly.

Green Slaughter is a good fit for players who enjoy apocalyptic horde-shooters with a narrative thread pulling them through escalating combat — free to play instantly in the browser, no download required.
